For some reason, when I opened my game and looked at my achievements, I saw that an achievement that I didn't even try to unlock was unlocked.

I got the same bug! I was organizing items on my bundles (in my house) and suddenly the achievement appeared, me and my friend did NOT grab any dragon's breath in the end...

I got this issue too yesterday. I've never been to the end.
I was playing in my world, made myself two bundles and put some items in there and then I got the "You need a mint" advancement..
@unknown: Please stop changing the summary. The change was made by Mojang. Bug reports are owned by Mojang, not by their authors. If they think a change is needed, they're entitled to change it however they want to. If you disagree with their decision, feel free to leave a comment saying why you think so, but do not change it back.
I do not want you guys to change this report's name to something that isn't even mentioned. My report has NOTHING to do with collecting incorrect items. You guys are NOT allowed to change this report's name ever again. If you guys keep doing this, I will not make reports for a long time. Period.
@unknown: As I explained before, you do not own this bug report that you submitted. Mojang owns it and has rights to its content, including the attachments you deleted a few moments ago. By doing so, you might have interfered with solving the problem, but fortunately in this case you didn't because the problem has already been fixed in Beta/Preview and the fix will propagate to the retail release soon.
However, that's no excuse for you demanding control over something that doesn't belong to you, and then trying to delete or damage it when you didn't get your way. Your behavior is not in accordance with our Mojang Bug Tracker Guidelines and FAQ (which you were advised to read when you created an account here) and is disruptive of the bug tracker's purpose. And now I see that you've demanded we apologize for doing the job Mojang expects of us by creating WEB-7567, which is an abuse of that section of the bug tracker. If you don't stop this disruptive, arrogant behavior immediately, you will be at risk of being banned from the bug tracker permanently.
Perhaps it will help you to understand why the bug summary was changed, which seems to have upset you so. Your original summary read "You Need a Mint achievement unlocks automatically", which was perfectly fine but not as informative as it could be. When Mojang investigated, they learned that instead of being triggered by putting a Dragon's Breath item into your inventory (which is the expected trigger), it was happening when some other item was put into inventory. Hence, it was being triggered when certain incorrect items were collected. The Mojang dev then modified the summary to make it clearer to other players having the same problem that the achievement could be triggered by collecting any of a number of incorrect items, so that they would realize they didn't need to create a separate report and should upvote this one instead. They would do this when, as requested by our Guidelines, they searched for an existing report before creating a duplicate one. The summary is what they would see in their search, so it's important that bug report summaries be as clear and accurate as possible. That is why Mojang, and sometimes the helpers and moderators here, sometimes change them.
I do not want people to think that I lost to the Ender Dragon, that would be embarrassing.
