I was playing Minecraft with my brother and we found a Ruined Portal in our adventure. My brother raided the chest and then somehow, he unlocked You Need A Mint! We were so confused and shocked. Please help me, I don't think that was supposed to happen.

With his account, he never collected Dragon's Breath with achievements enabled
It only somehow happened when he raided the chest of the brand new ruined portal (surprisingly) which was very strange to be getting a free rare achievement without the need to even try and get the achievement

I wonder if it's something in the loot chest that triggered the achievement (similar to MCPE-177409). Could you provide the seed and coordinates?

I collected some glistering melons from a ruined portal on both Android and Windows (seed 5081567199863374302, coordinates -248 81 -6) but did not get the achievement, as such this may be an Xbox-specific issue. Could you please try getting the glistering melons from that seed and see if that triggers the achievement on your side (assuming you and your brother use separate accounts, and only he received the achievment)?

Has your brother obtained a Dragon's Breath bottle in a different world/server/Realm with achievements enabled?
