You can’t put the armor on the wolf.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Summon a wolf.
2. Equip the wolf armor on the wolf.
Expected results: The armor should equip on the wolf.
Observed result: The armor is still in the entities (including dispensers) slot.

Does this still occur in the latest 1.21.7x release?
Are you playing in a local world, on a realm, shared world, etc?
Are you using any add-ons? If so, which ones (name and creator) and does the issue occur of those are removed?

Can confirm this bug inside realms. I've tried to equip wolf armor in two different realm servers and it doesn't work. Went to a single player world and it worked.
