Fast-moving minecart on curved rail flies off the track server-side

Steps to reproduce

1. Load

1. Turn off the lever (flip it up).

2. Nudge the hopper minecart so it moves slowly around the track.

3. Observe the particle trail above the hopper minecart. The repeating command block creates a green particle 2 blocks above the minecart's exact position on every tick. This creates a trace of the minecart's movement. Note the shape of this movement.

4. Turn on the lever (flip it down).

5. Nudge the hopper minecart. It will not move quickly around the track.

6. Observe the particle trail above the hopper minecart again.

7. After a minute passes, drop the stack of honeycomb blocks on the minecart.

8. Observe the redstone lamps.

Expected result

The particles in step (7) occur along the same path that was traced in step (4). The redstone lamps remain unlit because the hoppers are all outside of the minecart's path.

Observed result

Some particles in step (7) repeatedly generate tangential to the path traced in step (4). Several of the redstone lamps light up because hoppers collect items from the minecart. The aberrant particles are consisten with the hoppers collecting items based on the collision box of the minecart when it is located at the positions indicated by the particles.
