[MCPE-188263] Boat falls when repeatedly boarding and leaving while in mid-air.

Observed Results

While in midair, the boat falls after repeatedly leaving and re-entering and the falling speed is way too fast.

Expected Results

The should not suddenly fall when leaving and re-entering, and the gliding speed should be slower to match Java.

How To Produce

1. Create a world in any version

2. Build very high

3. Use a boat to glide of while repeatedly leaving and re-entering
