Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use an inventory editor to obtain cameras into your inventory. I recommend the Universal Minecraft Tool. You can also use NBTStudio to edit a .mcstructure file containing a chest to get that item into your inventory.
2. Check the creative inventory and /give. No cameras to be found there.
Observed Results:
Even without Education Edition, you can still use and have the camera in your inventory from inventory editors.
Expected Results:
The camera will no longer exist at all in the game, except with Education Edition toggle enabled. Any cameras will disappear in the inventory, and the tripod camera entity turns into air.
