[MCPE-189177] Creaking/Mojang Office Cape Not Appearing After Challenge Completion

After completing the Mojang Office Event's challenges and obtaining the completion sticker, the Mojang Office Cape was not given to me. I've restarted both the game, the launcher, and my computer, and I've seen others reporting the same issue on the official Minecraft Discord. The cape does not appear in neither the Bedrock Wardrobe nor the Java Edition Cape section within the Skins category on the launcher.

I am having this issue as well. Reinstalling Minecraft, reinstalling the launcher, restarting the game multiple times, rejoining multiple times, and trying to redo all the challenges does not solve the issue. Attempts to contact Minecraft support about the cape will be met with an automated ticket closure on the grounds that the event is no longer accessible even if the event is still ongoing. My ticket was closed today even after providing proof that the event was completed before the ending of the event.

I got it working now, do any of these steps and check if it worked out for you.

Log out and then close the launcher. Start the launcher and login again and check if the cape is visible.
Check if you are logged in on Microsoft Store with the same Microsoft account you have in the launcher. If not, make sure you login on Microsoft Store with the launcher one.

I too have not been granted the Creaking Cape after repeatedly beating all the challenges (Bedrock edition)! I've tried restarting the launcher, game, my computer, and messing with my Microsoft account, but still, NOTHING has worked. All my screenshots are like user Xenofalgue's 3, so I see no point in re-sending the info you already seem to have.

Got it today, I logged in from Minecraft PE and I saw it there. Maybe that's another way I guess, but basically re-login on the account level.

I can confirm that logging in and out of the associated Microsoft account as a workaround rewards the Mojang Office Cape.

I've encountered this issue today. Logging in and out several times did not fix the issue.

When exiting the game, I alt-tabbed which forced me to quit the server (I don't know if this is related).
I did the challenges on a second account and immediately received the cape.

It has been a couple hours, still no cape on my main account.
