The Mojang Office cape has not appeared in my dressing room despite completing the challenges in the special event days ago.
I have completed all necessary and required steps to unlock the cape and have restarted my game and logged in and out more times than i can count.
Can someone please assist me in getting the cape added to my account properly?

I understand this is a duplicate and it looks like all others have been open for days, when will a fix be available? A little ridiculous a company as big as Mojang and under the umbrella of microsoft for that matter too, cannot seem to remedy a small issue with players receiving a promised award and looking through other posts, clearly has been an issue with other events in the past.
As explained in the Bug Tracker Guidelines, we do not generally have information about when an issue will be fixed. You can "watch" the main report to get notified of any activity on the issue.
Please also remember that this bug tracker is not a forum for complaints etc.
