Deletion of Inventory and reversion of levels upon entering the end portal back to the overworld

I just finished beating the end dragon in a realms on bedrock with a friend, and we both went through the end portal to go back to the overworked. In our excitement, we forgot to get the dragon egg or go through the other portal to the end city. I was on one heart. In my inventory, I had full diamon enchanted armour a diamond sword, and had 48 levels. After the cutscene, I spawned back at our spwan point that we set just outside the end portal room. I had nothing in my inventory, for some reason only seven levels, and as far as I can tell if was the same for my friend too, although he had minimal equipment in his inventory to lose. I checked around the end island to try and find my items. But they weren't there. I tried going to the origin spawn and flying up in an elytra in creative mode on a copy world, and there was nothing there. My best explanation for this is that the realm somehow reset my inventory, and reset my levels to a prior state, cuz' I remember being briefly being around lvl 7 after I died this one time and beat up an ender man. But if I kept my levels from that time, than why didn't I keep my items? I lost a lot of diamonds, levels, and enchantments, and I would appreciate a fix. Also, I don't have any pics cuz I didn't manage to snap any. Finally, I selected 1.21.51 hot fix cuz that's the only option that kinda fits what this was about, but I have no idea what 1.21.51 hotfix really means.

You likely were killed while stuck in the loading screen when moving to the overworld and retained only your maximum 7 levels of XP. There is also a bug where some entities spawn over world spawn at y=32767, which may have happened to your items but not your XP.

1.21.51 Hotfix is the current release version of the game and should be shown on the main menu screen of Minecraft.

It sounds like you died and came through the portal dead. 7 levels is the max amount of XP that can spawn when you die, so you probably dropped your XP at your spawn point and picked it up as soon as you respawned. Your items are likely at world spawn hundreds or thousands of blocks in the sky due to MCPE-157125. If you wait there for a couple of minutes your items may fall from the sky. If you have immediate repsawn turned on this whole sequence matches MCPE-162689.

Neither Mojang nor the bug tracker staff have access to your world unless you puload it here, and in any case the world save does not include a history where it could be reset to a prior save point. However, Realms has an automatic backup feature, so you may be able to load a recent Realm backup where you have your items.

For this report to be confirmed as a unique bug we would need you to provide steps we can use to reproduce dying while going through the portal.
