When I launch bedrock I cannot get past the loading screen. Usually the pinwheel gets stuck at 41%, and the mouse shows a loading icon next to it. Sometimes though, it endlessly says it is loading at 35%. The pinwheel is actually moving but it does this infinitely. I have tried a number of things to fix it including reinstalling Windows but nothing seems to work.

Ok, I watched the video. Now, I can't seem to find media.mediafeaturepack. It doesnt seem to be there.
I got this error when trying to run the add-capability command.
C:\WINDOWS\system32>DISM /Online /Add-Capability /CapabilityName:Media.MediaFeaturePack~~~~0.0.1.0
Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
Version: 10.0.19041.3636
Image Version: 10.0.19045.5247
Error: 87
A Windows capability name was not recognized.
The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log
I actually found a fix: I went to Device Manager, clicked on Sound, Video and Game Controllers, right-clicked Realtek Audio, clicked "Update Device", and clicked update driver. Then I clicked on "browse my computer for drivers" and hit "let me choose a list of drivers on my computer". Then i hit "High definition audio driver." After doing this minecraft started to load normally on Windows 10 and 11.
I also noticed that i got the xbox error code in the picture: 0x82323670
