I have multiplied and traded the inhabitants. For transportation, I used rails and portals in the I have multiplied and traded the inhabitants. For transportation, I used rails and portals in the I have multiplied and traded the inhabitants. For transportation, I used rails and a portal. In Nether, I also used rails. For some reason, the Villager did not teleport after the cart broke while in the work portal. I made a few attempts, but nothing worked, including rebuilding the portal, re-logging into the world, or the app.
UPD: there are no parameter sets (behavior pack) in the world
UPD2: As I understand it, the bug lies in the portal frame. An incomplete portal frame (without some corner blocks, not all four) cannot carry some entities
UPD3: Identical to the problem MCPE-166172
Upd4:
Reproduction steps:
Deliver a villager to the work portal in Nether.
Teleport after the villager.
Transporting a Villager on Nether
Push a villager in a minecart into the portal.
Breaking the cart
The villager is teleported to the upper world
Teleporting after a villager
Expected result:
The villager is teleported to the upper world.
Result:
The villager does not teleport in step 6. At the same time, if you return to the first portal in Nether, enter it and find yourself in the location from which you took the villager in Nether, he will also be there, and the teleportation will be almost instantaneous (Link to video confirmation: [https://youtu.be/FcQ7YBEnj8g?si=wjGWmeR8n4q2SBLB])

Can you add steps to reproduce? Also, entities riding or being ridden cannot go through portals, so that may be what you are encountering.
