When a resource pack is deleted, the list of known valid packs is updated, but the file doesn't get deleted.
Steps to Reproduce:
Download a resource pack (not from the marketplace)
Delete the resource pack
Go to the resource pack folder (\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\resource_packs)
Expected Result:
The file in the resource pack folder gets deleted
Observed Result:
The file in the resource pack folder still exists

I cannot reproduce this in Windows 10. Is this still an issue for you in the current version? Are you using any kind of disk management tool that might be postponing the delete operation?
