Pale moss blocks can convert polished andesite, polished diorite & polished granite into pale moss blocks

Summary: Pale moss blocks when bone mealed next to polished andesite, polished diorite or polished granite turns into pale moss blocks. Considering polished andesite, polished diorite or polished granite blocks are manufactured blocks, these blocks should not be replaced by pale moss blocks.

How to Reproduce:
1: Grab pale moss blocks and bone meal from the creative inventory into your hotbar.
2: Place polished andesite, polished diorite or polished granite next to the pale moss block.
3: Now bone meal the pale moss block.

Observed Results:
The pale moss block converts the polished granite, diorite and granite into pale moss blocks.

Expected Results:
The pale moss block shouldn't convert polished granite, diorite and granite into pale moss blocks, just like what happens on Java.
