It's no matter what, but there's a bad render with the Jungle Leaves while some of the textures will cause a red tint covering most or some of the shadow parts of this block, its no matter how can will be some blocks or items will be affected.

Well, it's not of them, but a bug found out that a problem occurred at time that a Jungle Leaves in the Snowy Plains, Ice Spikes, Snowy Taiga, Frozen River, Snowy Beach, Deep Frozen Ocean, Frozen Ocean, Grove, Snowy Slopes, Frozen or Jagged Peaks Biomes will cause immediately tinted Red upon Placing the a Block, dependent which version has affected without avail, when game tried to render the Jungle Leaves resulting a glitched block that a slight Distinguish Red Tint on 1 or more Blocks.
We do not have enough information to reproduce this issue.
