Splash Potion of the Turtle Master does not work.

Steps to reproduce：

Obtain the Splash Potion of the Turtle Master.
Obtain the Splash Potion of the Turtle Master by throwing it at your feet or head.

Observed Results:

Just like using a splash water bottle, nothing happens.

Expected Results：

You will get Slowness and Resistance effects.

I cannot reproduce this. Does this only happen in one world?

From the video, it looks like you may be experiencing extreme lag or latency on a server. That could be the issue.

I have tried other Splash Potion in that world. They all work fine. Lingering Potion of the Turtle Master also works fine.

However, I tried to create the world myself. They all work perfectly fine. This seems to be a problem that only occurs in certain worlds.
