[MCPE-190222] Bush has a light level of 2

the normal bush gives off a light level of 2, similar to the new Firefly Bush. the normal Bush isn't supposed to glow.

observed: there is a faint glow around the normal Bush when you place it

expected: there should not be a light level on the normal Bush

@unknown this report is about the normal bush, not the Firefly Bush. read the description. The normal Bush is not supposed to have a light level, it's a confirmed report.
