I've named frogs and they kept escaping upside down staircases so I replaced the staircases with solid blocks and then one day they disappeared all together later I then got frogs again and frogs are disappearing again and I raised the frogs from tadpoles this issue has been driving me up the wall and the frogs are disappearing again and again please investigate frogs disappearing bug please

Are you able to check whether MCPE-167346 may be the cause behind this? Frogs may fall through blocks and suffocate in them if there are any doors, partial/non-full blocks, or an air block beneath any block.
