Calibrated sculk sensor amethyst model is not double-sided

The amethyst centerpiece on the calibrated sculk sensor model is not double-sided, unlike other amethyst models as of 1.21.70.20. This causes an inconsistency with other cross models, especially amethyst.

Note: The amethyst part also needs to be stretched, but that is being tracked at MCPE-169777.

A non stretched amethyst model in calibrated sculk sensor is being tracked in MCPE-169777

So i can confirm for non double sided models.

Changed this report to be just about the double-sided issue so that the other report can handle stretching. Thank you!

This also seems to be an issue with the breaking animations of at least amethyst and drip stone, and also any amethyst not on the ground just with the normal texture.
