In the newest preview the cactus flower item cannot be fed to camels. Camels can eat cactus and cactus flowers are part of a cactus. Therefore camels should be able to eat cactus flowers.

Camels cannot be feed for cactus flowers but same behavior as Java Edition, So this is a intentional behavior.
