Outdated Enchanting Table name still used in Librarian achievement

While MCPE-190418 was marked “Fixed in 1.21.70.25”, the issues with Achievements were not fixed at all.

The Enchantment Table was renamed to "Enchanting Table" in 1.21.30. However, the old name is still used in the Librarian achievement

In addition, the name of the Enchanting Table is capitalized for the Enchanter achievement, but not Librarian. It should be capitalized for both.

Expected Result

All references to "Enchantment Table" are changed to "Enchanting Table" to match the new block name.

Observed Result

The Librarian achievement still refers to the block as the "Enchantment Table".

To Fix

One particular language identifier is out of date in the en_US and en_GB files. If you fix this, the issue will be resolved:
