Blocks stuck at 63

When ever I land with 63 block there is a odd glitch that when I try place them into a chest, I end up stuck with 63 blocks and it could not move into the chest when I click or grab it, the only way to get rid of it is to place a few blocks and it goes away. Has anyone experience this issue some times, it’s not a huge issue but it happens some times.
