/reload all command crashes the game with 100% consistency

As of 1.21.80.20 preview, the “/reload all” command crashes the game.

In the attached video, I don’t have any resource packs enabled. The game crashes immediately upon reaching the “Loading Resources” message.

To Reproduce

1. Create a new world on 1.21.80.20 preview with Cheats enabled.

2. Run the following command:

/reload all

1. Observe that the game crashes.

Observed Results

The game crashes when using the “/reload all” command.

Expected Results

The game does not crash.
