Disabling screen animations disables the panorama

When screen animations are disabled the panorama and splash text are frozen. If this is intentional please make a separate option for it, I used to disable it to make the inventory open and close quick like Java and now if I want to do that I can’t see the panorama move and have no animated splash text. The panorama and splash text aren’t the screen animations the option advertised to disable. Please make a new option to disable the panorama and splash text if the changes intentional.
