The animation of the jaws of the summoner is too sharp, and this animation is not like previous versions of Minecraft Bedrock.

Confirmed. Based on a fame-by-frame analysis of the videos provided, the issue is the lifetime of the evocation_fang entity. It had a lifetime of 1 second in older versions, but in the current version it has a lifetime of 0.3 seconds. In the older version, in the line attack, the first evoker fang would still be visible when the final fang appeared, so you could briefly see all 20 together. In the current version you can only see 6 fangs at any time.
Do you mean that the animation is too fast? I cannot see a difference between the animation in release vs. preview. Could you describe the difference in more detail, or attach videos that show the comparison?
