/fill Command Changes Not Being Saved

The changes made with /fill command are not saved when you exit and re-enter the End (or exit and reload the world).

The blocks replaced with air can come back again when you reload or re-enter the end.

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Enter the end

  • Move away from the main island

  • Use the fill command to place a layer of blocks /fill ~ ~ ~ ~40 ~ ~40 stone

  • Exit and re-enter the end

  • Use another fill command to replace a portion of the stone with air

  • Exit and re-enter the end

  • Notice that the stone may have partially come back
(May take a few attempts, though it was pretty consistent)

See attached screenshots which show what is happening.

I experienced this as well. I moved a large 91 block diameter glass block dome with the clone command and force parameter. I then used the fill command to clear away the leftover blocks from using the clone command to move it. After leaving the chunks where the dome is and then returning, some of the leftover blocks I had cleared away had reappeared. I then clear them away manually block by block and it still happens after leaving and returning to these chunks. I did this 2-3 times and finally gave up. Also this happened in the overworld for me rather than in the end.

Oh and I experienced it in MCPE 1.0.2.

MCPE 1.1.0.1 is not working well.
When i download MCPE 1.1.0.1 and I play it first world is working but when you exit it and create a new. And you play the world you create. The world you create will not work.
