Short grass is partially inside grass blocks

Directly after the release of the 1.21.70 update, I created a new world to try the new features in the update. I located a warm biome to see what the new warm variants looked like for my self. I soon realized that there was a strange graphic error where short grass partially merged with a grass block. I found this issue multiple times in this biome. I am uncertain if this issue repeats in other biomes as I only found it in a jungle biome.
