yes i could confirm in 1.21.70.24, however it was fixed in 1.21.70.25 but didn't mentioned in the change log at all, so here 1.21.70.24 and 1.21.70.25 video

this happened to me while pressing F5 (you can use keyboard and otg) the lag spike so annoying this has happened for long time, as I think this has to do something with the rendering issue hopefully this will be fixed.

I used key mapper to use F5 on mobile.
I'm pretty sure this is works as intended
