Emissive/Contrast/Volumetric fog or exposure issue

When near any Emissive light sources, Volumetric Fog is Visible. Ex. The Nether, Caves or Ancient Cities. This is very immersive and this was How it looked previously- and it felt amazing.

Now If you leave the area of light that Emissive covers, All of the Fog disappears and Makes everything Much Darker. Ruining the immersion that Deferred Rendering provides. Especially in Caves and The Nether.
