The lava chicken item is located in lava chicken shop, Main lobby and Battle Axe item found located inside a tower in the Wilderness.

Only one player can get an item at a time. When a player gets one of the items it takes some time for it to respawn for other players. Have you waited 5-10 minutes for it to respawn?
