[MCPE-194691] Xbox: Multiplayer worlds no longer work on LAN

Since version 1.21.71, previously multiplayer worlds can no longer be entered without Game Pass. It's true that I subscribed to play multiplayer, but that didn't happen for LAN worlds. I don't know if it's a mistake or something new, but at least let them know.

Still not working on PlayStation either. Asks for PS plus subscription when online, and when trying offline LAN through router or ethernet - asks to go online, and automatically turns off multiplayer.
