Hey, Im trying to play Mario Mash Up normally, but when I come into the ghost house and solve the book puzzle the bottom bookshelf won’t come out. I wanted to know if it is a problem with the version of minecraft or something got deleted.

Still an issue in 1.21.81 on a newly created world. The Mash-up Pack for me is only available on my Nintendo Switches and not on my PC or mobile officially. Also, there’s another bug which could be worked around by making a purchase to a free world template so I updated the steps to reproduce below.
Steps to reproduce:
Make sure you are on the Nintendo Switch for authenticity, and due to another bug, if you do not have any worlds purchased from the Marketplace, you need to make a purchase to a free world template from the Marketplace.
On the title screen, click Play
If on JSON UI (old UI), click Create New, If on OreUI (new UI), Click Create new world
If on OreUI (new UI), Click Owned, ignore this step if on JSON UI (old UI)
(Find and) Click “Super Mario Mash-up”
Switch game mode to creative in the General tab and enable cheats from the Cheats tab
Create it by pressing “Create” button
In the world, send the command
/tp -364 80 -377to teleport into the Ghost HouseSolve the puzzle by rotating the first book in the item frame upright like the next painting, which is located just below the pixelated character (Mario)
Expected result: If solved correctly, all the bookshelf stairs push out properly.
Observed result: Even if the puzzle was solved correctly, the bottom part of the bookshelf stairs are not pushed out.
Note: Workaround is listed from the earlier comment I made. (And it would’ve been easier for other players to spot if the mash-up pack was available on PC / mobile)

Type the command /tp -364 80 -377 to teleport to the Ghost House
Solve the puzzle by rotating the first book upright
Expected result: If solved correctly, all the bookshelf stairs push properly.
Observed result: Even if the puzzle was solved correctly, the bottom part of the bookshelf stairs are not pushed out.
Workaround: Go inside the bookshelf stairs, break the orange wool inside the bookshelf circuit on the back of bottom pistons, shown below
[media]and then use the redstone dust to connect them to the redstone torch above, shown below.
[media][media]This is because the world is ported from Legacy Console. After the workaround, you also need to place a block like shown on the full result or have jump boost.
