With the help of the lava chicken and by crouching I was able to bypass the defense wall. And go to the nether using the portal.
I’m not able to die in the nether only of fall damage.
During some recording of the A Minecraft Movie Live Event server, I was at the Outer Wall Minigame when I noticed another Player outside the wall. I did some light experimentation, and ended up clipping myself outside of the wall as well.
While outside, I did enter the Nether, apparently generating Nether Chunks. Sorry about that, it was morbid curiosity!
