Two Ocean Monuments I found in my MCPE world on easy had absolutely NO inside structures like computer, only were just a shell of one filled with water and guardians. No Elder Guardians either, so no sponge and I missed out on two Xbox live achievements.

Explored 4 today on MCPE all were empty, no elder, no rooms, no sponges. Very disappointed. World was created after the 1.0.0 update. 2 of the monuments were generated prior to the 1.0.4 2 after. All just hollow shells.
Same issue as MCPE-18827, but this should've been fixed long ago.

I have the same issue. The first Monument I found is just one big room with nothing special in it. No elder guardian, no sponges, noting.
