My minecraft is sign in but it still thinks its not

I keep trying to play with my friends on Minecraft and even though my laptop shows I am signed in ever time I tried to even go into the live game event. it says I need to authenticate. emphasis on Authenticate my own game the actually is already signed in. I tried calling Microsoft but ended up with the same issue of not getting help with the matter please note the screen shot I attached
