[MCPE-201992] XP orbs burn and are destroyed

Exp orbs can burn in lava, returning no XP increase to the player. Found this after breaking skulk blocks without silk touch near lava

XP orbs have always been destructible by fire and lava in all editions of the game. This is not a bug.

Don't “its not a bug it's a feature” me — experience is a physical representation of knowledge, why would it be able to burn???? Just cuz it's the status quo doesn't make it right.
