When using a happy ghast spawn egg, there is a small chance a ghastling is spawned instead. It seems to work the same as when other baby mobs rarely spawn from spawn eggs.
Don’t know if this is intentional or not.
Steps to Reproduce:
Go into Creative mode and grab a happy ghast spawn egg.
Start using the spawn egg
Notice that rarely a ghastling spawns instead of a happy ghast.

Ghastlings are coded as baby happy ghasts, not as separate mob type, so I think this may be working as intended.
