Can't open the game after installed shader texture pack

When reopening the game after install the shader texture pack, the game took ages(I mean A long time) to open. it stuck at the "Mojang" logo, wont let me go into the game.
After removing the shader, I can be able to go back to the game.
Its not the shader file problem, all shader that i tested are the same.
