In our realm somehow creaking does not spawn and eyeblossom flowers does not open during the night. Downloaded the world and test it in single player, still does not spawn. Put the number of days played on display, it shows that our days are “too many to count”. This is a forever world and we have been playing this world since 2018. We enables one man sleep in this world.
Played in other world with visible days count, the creaking does spawn normally and the eyeblossom flowers does bloom normally during the night.
I believe this problem is tied with the number of days played? Or is it tied to the one man sleep?
Here’s the download link to our world:

Please export a copy of the affected world, upload it to a file-sharing site, and give the link here.
The world file is quite big and we have tons of private builds that we feel uncomfortable being shared with public, so i will have to prune the world first before i can upload it.
As soon as the world is pruned, i will post the link here.
When I checked the number of days in your world, the internal date was -76531 days. I reset the number of days with the command /time set 0
and waited until night came, and confirmed that Creaking and Eyeblossom worked normally.
I have reported this issue as MCPE-221523.
Have tested this on a world that has too many days to count and worked perfectly fine however I have tried it while forcing a save corruption (yes I used a separate backup) and noticed it doesn't work if you interrupt the save data by closing the game mid save. Also tried this on java and simulator issue arose. Your world is most likely corrupted for this reason and would need a bug patch from Mojang. However it took me 23 times on bedrock to cause it to happen but on java it happened every time
