Patch notes are missing in-world and don't work.

Cannot Reproduce

I try to open patch notes in world and it's not there. Also, when I go to menu and open it there, it just doesn't do anything.

Try it again, the patch notes appeared for me. However, I don't think it's supposed to appear while in a world (like the 'language' and 'storage' settings).

Patch notes are in settings -> profile -> patch notes and they show up correctly.
