This has happened often, items go missing for no reason in the fire tv edition of minecraft. Items in your inventory go missing so far I have lost a saddle a stack of tnt jungle wood just to name a few. Last time it happened I logged out for 10 mins and than logged back in and the tnt was gone.
I have also noticed that after breeding a home with a donkey the mule achievement is not unlocked

Just to confirm, isn't it a result of MCPE-15010?
I just made a stack of sandstone slabs, I went to use them and they disappeared out of my inventory within a matter of 10 mins.
