[MCPE-20446] Cannot switch to creative while making new world!

When I create a new world and then select Creative Mode, it warns me that I won't be able to get achievements in this world I can't close that menu anyhow. So, I end up force quitting. I am having SM-G610F device from Samsung.

Also, Note blocks don't create any sound upon touching or powering.

Make sure you have no outdated resource packs installed. One of the past versions of "PC GUI Pack" is known to cause the problem you described.
