When you go into your chest and or oven and exit out your hot bar items are changed to. Example: dirt dirt dirt shovel shovel. Original hot bar items are sword axe shovel pick torch. Not only is this frustrating but it also seems like inventory items are going missing. Mind you I have 1 shovel and only 13 dirt yet my hot bar now has 3 shovels in 3 different hotbar slots as well as 13 dirt in 3 different hotbar slots. It doesn't matter what you have set to your hotbar after you exit a chest or oven the hotbar has been changed to different items.

I am having this same issue. Also when I open a chest, inventory for horse, llama, mule or donkey, the item that's multiplied changes. Ex. It shows I have 3 slots full of dirt... open and close chest, dirt slots now show I have 3 slots full of cobblestone... and it changes each time. Happens in survival and creative mode.

I can confirm this has happened to me, and is so frequent it makes gameplay quite annoying.
Attached are some screenshots of this. The items don't go missing, nor do I get "extra" items as it would seem, it's some sort of display bug I guess.
