Summary:
Horses somehow die as soon as a player tries to mount them. They also seem to randomly take damage at other times.
Steps to Reproduce:
Tame a horse and Equip with saddle
Ride the horse, dismount, then mount the horse again
It has a high chance of dying randomly
Observed Results:
Horse takes damage or dies when the player mounts. Also has a chance to take damage when equipped with a saddle.
Expected Results:
Horses should not take damage from mounting, or normal riding
Screenshots/Videos attached: Yes
Youtube
Notes:
This may be a regression of an earlier bug whereby clients would cause horse damage by dismounting and jumping (eg MCPE-15218)
Horses also appear to take damage if you mount them and then equip a saddle
If the horse has received fall damage previously, it almost guarantees that it will take further damage when the player mounts it.

@unknown, this is a valid bug and it exists in MCPE. The video and the screenshots are not from the Java edition. Looking through your other comments, please refrain from commenting on bugs unless you have something to add that might help us solve the problem.

I've lost two horses today and died myself once. I died as soon as I tried to mount the horse. I'm not sure if this is always the case, but it seems to happen most when I am moving forward and mount while still holding the W key. I don't think a horse has died if I move next to it, stop and then mount, not 100% sure about that. Still needs fixed obviously, but something for others to try to see if it's only when you are moving forward and mount that it happens.
