[MCPE-21046] [r=x] doesn't work

The radius "r" doesn't work in commands, for example: /kill @e[type=cow,r=10] just shows invalid syntax instead of executing the command.

Not just "r" but c, dx, dy, dz get affected by this. Please fix this bug asap

This appears fixed in 1.1.3.1; the command /kill @e[type=cow,r=10] works correctly whether typed by the player or in a command block,
