In Bedrock Edition, for some reason firstly you get a message in chat that says “Chunk still loading. You may encounter some mild performance issues.“ and second, either a mountain could generate or if in the nether, you may get teleported into lava.

I play via pc on a bedrock realm. I've been getting this chunk loading issues message for several months now. Mild performance issues = chunks not loading when flying (not just specifically in new chunks) which results in falling out of the sky. Not a mild performance issue at all in my opinion. My realm mate also gets the same issue. We wondered if it was just the realm struggling to handle 2 of us playing (not ideal as it should be able to handle 3 players) Upgrading to a 10 person realm still resulted in the same issue
Sync issue turn multiplayer off in the settings menu of the world from friends/invite to single. This bug is caused due to poor connections to the Microsoft xbox servers due to either a bad Internet connection or hardware issues.
