[MCPE-2123] Can't eat food in third person

When attempting to eat bread in third person, I was unable to. Instead I would begin breaking the block in front of me

are you eating it with full health? if so u cant eat with full health

I somehow have steps to reproduce:
1: Get some sort of food.
2: Go into third person mode. (If you're wondering how to do this, press pause, then the second button on the top left.)
3: Lose some hearts.
4: Try to eat the food.
