'Beam Me Up' Ender pearl achievement not working

That achievement is known to be "host only" Only when you are the player hosting the world you can unlock the achievement. When you join someone else's world, only they can unlock the achievement.

This was tested in single player survival 5 times with normal methods, and 30+ times post-inventory editing on a new world, still no success. Does it ONLY work in multiplayer perhaps?

Broken achievement. Has been unobtainable since after Dec 05, 2017. Please fix as it makes the game impossible to complete from an achievement standpoint.

This bug has been reopened and reported to our internal bug tracker for further testing and a fix. It is scheduled to be fixed in one of the future updates (no specific date can be provided).

The latest situation of this regression is that it cannot be unlocked by either the host or client.

As of version 1.2.9, this achievement still does not unlock. Only tested on the new Minecraft for the Xbox One though.

Playing on Realms via Minecraft Bedrock Edition 1.2.9. Achievement is not popping even after ensuring that I teleported more than 100 blocks horizontally. Even tested vertically. No joy. Thank you for the support.

I just updated to 1.2.10.1 on iOS and it appears to still be bugged. Threw two ended pearls 130-140 distance without unlocking the achievement.

I also updated, but looks like the current release is 1.2.10 for iOS on the App Store (and also on the title screen), so I didn't expected it would be working (as it is not). Maybe 1.2.10*.1* mentioned by Dr.Awesome4333 will be delivered on another future app submission (can please confirm?).

Just updated the Xbox One Better Together edition, and achievement still bugged. Guessing its related to the issue above.
