Confirmed, Samsung galaxy tab 4. Appears to happen to any block connected to a piston. Tested a big further and it seems to happen when both x and z are negative with one significantly smaller than the other. To repro on a new flat world, create new flat world, teleport to -20000 4 -200. Find a chunk boarder corner and place a piston with a block no more than 2 blocks away from the corner, activate piston and you should see the bug, if not, try a difference corner. The bug aslo can warp the slime to an oblong prisim.
Fixed in an earlier version.
