Cannot load my skins from my gallery.

This issue has been happening since 1.19.

• I am downloading skins (Skins meet the needed requirements) then try to paste them in the classic skin section.

• An error message appears, saying that the skin must have specific sizes and the skin is not loading.

Tried redownloading Minecraft. Didn't help.
