STEPS:
Set device date to October 31st, any year
In the Nintendo Switch Edition, spawn zombies, zombie villagers, husks, skeletons, strays, zombie pigmen, and wither skeletons, until one shows up with a Carved Pumpkin or Jack o’Lantern
Update world from Nintendo Switch Edition to Bedrock
Check on the mobs that are supposed to have a Carved Pumpkin or Jack o’Lantern
Expected:
All mobs with a Carved Pumpkin or Jack o’Lantern will have it stay in the head slot (slot.armor.head) and be visible on their heads
Actual:
Zombies, Husks, Skeletons, Strays, Zombie Pigmen/Zombified Piglins, Wither Skeletons
Carved Pumpkins are visible on head
Jack o’Lanterns are invisible on head
Have them pick up a helmet, they discard the Jack o’Lantern from their head slot
Zombie Villager
Carved Pumpkins and Jack o’Lanterns are deleted from head slot (slot.armor.head)
They burn in the sunlight when they’re not supposed to if they were to have a Carved Pumpkin or Jack o’Lantern in their head slot

I believe I specified that it is the Nintendo Switch Edition, so that people who do have it can reproduce; if I mentioned anything about it being able to be reproduced without the Nintendo Switch Edition, then I’ll edit that out.
I don’t believe Bedrock has the event mobs. Same as we don’t have like the presents during Christmas time
Bedrock doesn’t, but the Halloween mobs are being transferred over from Nintendo Switch Edition; the worlds should be transferred over 1:1, even with the event mobs, but in this case it doesn’t
The OG Nintendo Switch Edition of Minecraft Legacy Console Edition is rare, so not every Minecraft player who has a Nintendo Switch can reproduce it.
